Bringing your baby home is a big adjustment, and feeding doesn't always go the way you imagined. Whether you're navigating a painful latch, concerns about milk supply, pumping challenges, or simply wondering if your baby is getting enough, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

During our time together, we'll talk through your concerns, your feeding goals, and what's been happening so far. I'll observe a feeding when appropriate, assess your baby's feeding and milk transfer, and help you better understand what's working well and where you may need support.

Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that fits your baby, your family, and your goals. You'll have time to ask questions, talk through your options, and feel heard without pressure or judgment.

My goal is for you to leave feeling more informed, reassured, and confident about your next steps. Every family is different, and your care should reflect that.

You don't have to have all the answers. We'll work through it together.

• Practical recommendations tailored to your baby, your family, and your feeding goals.

• A personalized feeding plan with clear, manageable next steps.

• Text support between visits, according to your practice's policy.

We'll take things one step at a time, helping you understand your options and feel more confident moving forward.
