You don't have to wait until your baby arrives to get support. A prenatal lactation consultation is a chance to talk through your questions, learn what to expect, and feel more confident as you prepare to feed your baby.

We'll discuss your feeding goals, explore how breastfeeding and milk production work, and talk through those early days with a newborn. Whether you hope to breastfeed, pump, combination feed, or simply understand your options, we'll focus on what matters most to you.

We'll also talk about what to expect in the first few days, how to recognize when your baby is feeding well, and when to reach out for additional support.

My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, reassured, and better prepared to navigate your own feeding journey. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before your baby arrives. We'll take it one step at a time, together.

• Positioning, latch, and helping your baby get off to a good start with feeding.

• Common feeding challenges, when to seek additional support, and where to turn for help.

• Creating a feeding plan that feels realistic and supportive for your family.
