My Story

When I became a mother, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming and exhausting those early days can be. You're learning your new baby, recovering, running on little sleep, and trying to make sense of conflicting advice while caring for a tiny new life.

And sometimes, something as natural as feeding your baby can feel anything but simple.

My journey into lactation support began in those quiet hours of the night. I was fumbling with swaddles, second-guessing my decisions, and wondering if I was doing it right. What I needed most wasn't just information. I needed reassurance. Someone to sit beside me without judgment and remind me that I was doing a good job.

That experience shaped the kind of lactation consultant I wanted to become. As an IBCLC, I'm here not only to help babies feed, but to help parents feel seen, supported, and confident in their choices. I understand that feeding comes with its own mix of joy, worry, uncertainty, and love.

You don't have to be perfect or have all the answers. You deserve support.

I welcome all families, whether you're a first-time or experienced parent, a biological or adoptive family, LGBTQ+ or straight, solo or partnered. Every feeding story is different, and your care should honor your identity, values, and goals.
